Refund Policy

At Flexion Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality design and development services. We value transparency and fairness in all our client relationships. This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refund requests.


1. Project-Based Services (Fixed Scope)

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., website design, branding, development):

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. This secures your project slot and covers initial planning and resource allocation.

  • If the project is canceled before any work has started (within 48 hours of payment), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for time already spent or deliverables already completed.

  • If the project is paused or delayed by the client for more than 30 days without communication, we reserve the right to close the project. Any further work will require a new agreement.


2. Hourly or Retainer Services

For hourly work or monthly retainers:

  • You are billed only for hours worked, based on agreed rates and timesheets.

  • We do not offer refunds for hours already completed.

  • You may cancel a retainer at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current or past billing period.


3. Revisions and Satisfaction

We provide reasonable rounds of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. If you're unsatisfied with the direction of the work, we encourage you to communicate early so we can adjust accordingly.

Refunds are not a substitute for revision requests or change of mind once the project is underway.


4. Exceptional Cases

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund in rare situations where:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeline, and

  • You have fulfilled all client responsibilities (e.g., feedback, content delivery, approvals) in a timely manner


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@flexion.studio with:

  • Your project name and start date

  • A clear explanation of your concern

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., missed milestones, lack of delivery)

We aim to review all refund requests within 7 business days.


6. Final Note

By working with Flexion Studio, you agree to this Refund Policy. We always strive to ensure satisfaction, but our time, effort, and creative work are non-recoverable resources. Please communicate openly throughout the project so we can deliver the best result possible.
